Sales and Refunds

Agreement to Terms of Sale and Refunds

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at the CoachYouths Store. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions, such as those in CoachYouths's product warranties. Your placement of an order at the CoachYouths Store constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

Hours of Operation

Our customer service representatives are available by phone 5 days per week Monday-Friday (8am - 5pm) CST.

In addition you may contact us 7-days per week, 24 hours per day via e-mail or our online contact form.

Downloadable Purchases

We understand that sometimes things will not work out with a downloadable purchase and we try to make things fair for each party.

We ALLOW refunds under the following conditions:

1. You cannot get the playbook to load on your computer, AND you contacted tech support within 24 hours of purchase, AND attempted to resolve tech support issue.

2. Playbook purchased was not the right fit for your needs, we will allow it to be exchanged for another playbook.

3. We also allow a complete refund if you are not 100% satisfied with the playbook, AND you contact us within 24 hours.

We do NOT ALLOW refunds if you do not contact us within 24 hours of purchase, no exceptions.

Video/DVD Purchases

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 14 days of receipt of order.

All returns/exchanges are subject to a 10% restock fee.

There are no exchanges, returns or refunds after 30 days from receipt of order. Please contact us for return authorization.

Book Purchases

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 14 days of receipt of order.

All returns/exchanges are subject to a 10% restock fee.

There are no exchanges, returns or refunds after 30 days from receipt of order. Please contact us for return authorization.

Equipment Purchases

Contact our Customer Support Team at 1-800-527-0871 for a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without authorization. Written claims under the limited warranty must be made to The Athletic Connection; 1901 Diplomat Drive; Dallas, TX 75234; Items that are drop shipped directly from other manufacturers are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% depending on the manufacturer’s policy.

We guarantee all items for one full year to be free from defects in workmanship or materials when installed and maintained properly. We agree to repair or replace, without charge, any item judged defective for either of these reasons and to return the item (or its replacement) freight prepaid. Written claims under the limited warranty must be made to The Athletic Connection; 1901 Diplomat Drive; Dallas, TX 75234; and they must be sent freight prepaid. Upon receipt of your written claim, our customer service department will contact you with return instructions.

Software Purchases

Software purchases have a very limited refund policy and will only be granted under TWO conditions:

1. The software does not properly install or execute on your computer, AND your system DOES met the system requirements specified on our website or software documentation.

2. The software does not accuratly provide the service or features advertised, and in your opinion does not meet your expectations AND you contacted us with 24 hours of receiving the software.

Due to the perishable nature of software products there are no other allowed causes for refunds.
